CANCELLATION POLICY

At Velvet Raven Beauty, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 1. Cancellation Notice • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will be accepted without charge. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. 2. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule and will be charged as a late cancellation, depending on the stylist’s schedule. 3. Emergencies We understand that life happens. Please contact us directly if you have an emergency—we’ll do our best to work with you. 4. How to Cancel or Reschedule Please call us at (715)-935-8263 or email us at flutter.flare.lashes@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Voicemails and emails are time-stamped and will be honored accordingly. 5. Repeated Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy If an appointment is rescheduled two (2) or more times and is subsequently canceled, the client will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee. This policy applies when repeated rescheduling results in the appointment ultimately being canceled, as multiple changes to an appointment prevent the time from being consistently available to other clients. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
